What this site collects

This website does not currently run advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or account registration. Standard web-server logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access for security and reliability.

Mailing list

If you submit your email address, Kit processes it for Bury The Hollow so we can send release news, new videos, and show announcements. Signup uses double opt-in, which means you must confirm your address before joining. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link.

Mailing-list information is kept until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or we no longer have a legitimate need to retain it. To request access or deletion, email info@burythehollow.com. When a Payhip customer separately consents to marketing, Payhip may transfer that email address to the same Kit list.

Purchases

Checkout and digital delivery are handled by Payhip and its connected payment providers. Payment details are submitted directly to those services and are not stored by this website. Their own privacy policies apply.

External services

Links to YouTube, Payhip, or other platforms take you to third-party websites. Those services control their own data practices.

Changes

This notice will be updated when analytics, contact, purchase, or other data practices change.
